The Amercian Heart Association - BLS for Healthcare Providers course is designed to provide a wide variety of certified or noncertified, licensed or nonlicensed, healthcare professionals with the skills to keep people alive until they can be brought to a hospital or be treated with more advanced lifesaving measures.

The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course, which teaches participants critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrives. This course also teaches adult CPR AED. The course is based on the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

This Heartsaver First Aid classroom course teaches participants critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until EMS takes over.  THIS COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE CPR OR AED TRAINING.

This Web-based eLearning course provides the cognitive portion (Part 1) of the Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course, and can be used for initial or renewal certification. Features eSimulation technology to let students participate in realistic patient scenarios, assess patients, and formulate treatment - online and at your own pace. Course participants who successfully complete Part 1 receive a certificate granting them entrance to a skills practice session (Part 2) and skills test (Part 3) with a certified American Heart Association ACLS instructor, which you must pass to qualify for an ACLS course card. The course is PC and Mac compatible. Please allow 20-45min to receive the course by email.

This course is the online portion of the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course when taken in a blended-learning format. Once students pass the included exam at the end of the online portion, they participate in a classroom-based training session featuring discussion, skills practice, and testing. Successful completion of both the online and classroom portions, including skills practice and testing with a certified American Heart Association PALS Instructor, qualifies students for a PALS Provider certification card. The online program includes eSimulations and other interactive activities, plus videos, virtual debriefings, and more. Here's a flexible, time-saving option for workplaces that need to provide safety training. Delivered in three parts, this course covers adult/child CPR with mask, adult/child choking, and adult/child AED, and offers optional modules in infant CPR and choking. Part 1 delivers the cognitive learning through Web-based, self-paced modules that help students gain comfort performing the skills they will need for Parts 2 and 3 -- during which they will be required to meet with an American Heart Association instructor and complete a hands-on skills practice session and a skills test. Upon successful completion of all three parts, students receive a course completion card valid for two years.

This web-based e-learning product, the Heartsaver First Aid w/ CPR & AED renewal course, provides the cognitive portion of the online course. There are two parts. Part 1 includes a series of modules that cover all required sequences for an American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver First Aid with CPR & AED course. Participants also need to complete questions. Once part one is successfully accomplished, a certificate is received allowing them to take a skills test with a local AHA BLS or Heartsaver Instructor. Part 2 is the hands on skills session with the instructor. When both parts are finished, a course completion card is issued to the student.

Part 2 is the hands on skills session with the instructor. When both parts are finished, a course completion card is issued to the student.

After completing the online portion, students will attend a structured, Instructor-led hands-on session that focuses on meaningful skills practice, debriefing, team scenarios, discussions of local protocols and skills testing. Where available, students may also complete the hands-on session with a HeartCode compatible manikin.

HeartCode ACLS is the AHA’s ACLS blended learning delivery method. Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner, followed by a hands-on skills session.

BLS is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers.
